About the role
The Finishes Foreman will be responsible for the following key areas:
* Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site.
* Implementing quality assurance (QA) and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
* Collaborating with subcontractors to address any WHS, quality, or constructability challenges.
* Coordinating site logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
* Ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
* Communicating with the team to meet budgetary and scheduling requirements in accordance with the project program.
About you
* 5 years of experience luxury multi-level residential/commercial projects
* Carpentry trade qualification (preferred)
* Previous experience as a site supervisor or foreman
* Strong leadership, organisation, and work ethic
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to interpret plans and effectively manage site activities
