Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Customer Service Ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer experiences by explaining menus, assisting with special dietary needs, and recommending beverages.
* Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items and ensuring accuracy while ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
* Utilise Micros to place orders and liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
* Clear and reset tables, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in service areas.
* Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practices.
Requirements:
* A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a strive for Total Customer Satisfaction.
* Initiative to ensure positive and efficient interactions with customers.
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
* Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
* Confidence in liaising with internal and external clients.
* A high standard of grooming and presentation.
* The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
