Overview

Client National Facilities Manager where you'll work with a geographically dispersed team to drive strategic client engagement and oversee facilities management service delivery. You'll develop and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular site visits, while building strong connections with functional leads and operational staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

* Serve as key liaison between JLL and client stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships through regular site attendance, co‐chairing operational meetings, and engaging with entity staff across assigned portfolios.
* Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organisation goals, ensuring consistency and compliance across assigned entities.
* Oversee preparation of monthly operations reports, attend and minute operational meetings for nominated entities, and maintain oversight of client portals including regular audits and training facilitation.
* Assist in scoping, drafting, and finalising Schedule12s in coordination with workstream leads and support internal reporting requirements including PDCM, compliance reports, and annual business‐planning updates.
* Track maintenance requirements, review and align asset registers, and ensure compliance management and financial oversight for assigned entities.
* Monitor regular site attendance by facilities teams to ensure asset capture/validation, safety inspections, site‐condition assessments, building‐fabric inspections, and client engagement activities are conducted.
* Collaborate with Business Development team to update and maintain repository of collateral for growth opportunities across assigned entities.
* Identify process‐improvement opportunities to streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and resolve difficulties with minimal disruption to business‐as‐usual activities.
* Provide 24/7 support for after‐hours services and serve as key contact for facilities management within the entities portfolio.
* Collaborate on budget development, including entity‐specific budgets coordinated with JLL Finance, Regional Operations Teams, and operational expenses (Travel& Expense).
* Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with client feedback, annual scorecards, and performance objectives set with Property Management team.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and JLL business conduct guidelines while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
* Maintain workplace health and safety standards, including reporting near‐misses and incidents according to CMO reporting tool and escalation matrix protocols.
* Prepare regular performance assessments and develop reporting solutions to support the Facilities Management Vertical and provide insights to WoAG Senior Leadership Team for strategic decision‐making.

Qualifications

* Minimum 3years' experience in a Strategic, Multi‐X Account Management environment.
* Strong business& financial acumen.
* Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
* Ability to develop and lead a team and liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver on outcomes.
* Tertiary qualification in Building or Facility Management or Business Administration would be an advantage but not essential.
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of products essential.
* Experience in handling client sensitivities, knowing when to elevate with urgency and how to de‐escalate key risks.
* Knowledge of HS& E requirements.
* Knowledge of vendor management for specialised services.
* Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA clearance and/or any additional associated entity clearances.
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
