**The Opportunity**
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' machinery is running smoothly and efficiently. Your days will be filled with diagnosing and repairing various equipment, from New Holland tractors to headers and everything in between.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
* Diagnose and repair agricultural machinery including tractors, headers, and other equipment
* Mentor apprentices and encourage teamwork and growth
* Conduct on-site visits and after-hours calls to ensure customer satisfaction
**What We're Looking For**
* A heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification or willingness to acquire
* A current driver's license
* Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach
* An excellent work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* A well-presented and customer-focused individual
