Pilot Training System Operations Manager

* Provide strategic leadership and management of the Pilot Training System (PTS) Program operations services.
* Engage with Engineering, Training System leads, internal stakeholders, subcontracted organisations, and external program stakeholders.
Ensure operational activities are coordinated with all required stakeholders and relevant PTS Program KPI's are met.
Key Requirements:
* Senior Leadership & Management experience in Defence, Maintenance, and Training environments.
* Extensive experience in Aviation operations and Military Pilot Training System management and delivery execution.
* Lean / Process Improvement Methods.
* Advanced understanding of interfaces between Programs & Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
* Knowledge of AS4360, ISO9001, and AS04817.
* Financial management, contract management, and reporting experience.
Applicants must be eligible for an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
