With a strong focus on customer experience, sustainability, and design excellence, we deliver tailored apparel for diverse industries. We're expanding our in-house technical capability and seeking a skilled Garment Technologist to join our dynamic team.

The Role ( 3 Months Role )
This is a hands‑on technical and creative role working closely with our Design, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams. You'll be responsible for translating design concepts into production‑ready specifications, ensuring garments meet fit, quality, and performance standards — while also bringing a strong graphic design lens to logo placements and embroidery file development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate tech packs, including measurements, construction details, and material specifications.

Create and grade patterns across a full size range using CAD systems (Gerber, Lectra, or Illustrator).

Collaborate with designers to ensure garment construction aligns with creative intent and production feasibility.

Conduct fittings and adjust patterns based on feedback and wear trials.

Develop logo placements, embroidery files, and artwork layouts in line with brand and customer requirements.

Liaise with offshore and local manufacturers to ensure sample accuracy and production readiness.

Maintain detailed documentation and version control across all product lines.

Support the implementation of our Product Information Management (PIM) system and digital workflow tools.

About You

Proven experience in garment technology and pattern making, ideally within corporate uniforms or commercial apparel .

Strong understanding of fabric behaviour, garment construction, and fit standards.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and graphic design for apparel, including embroidery and print file preparation.

Proficiency in CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Illustrator) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across design, production, and customer teams.

Experience working with offshore production partners is highly desirable.
