ECommerce Junior Product & Digital Content Coordinator

We're on the hunt for a passionate eCommerce Junior Product & Digital Content Coordinator
Being a pure play retailer, the right candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our websites and external Marketplaces are as up to date, informative and as creative as possible to ensure customers can always make an informed choice. About the role
Joining our growing product team, you'll be reporting to the Products Manager and working alongside our Buying team. This position will include online content management, ensuring listings are detailed and accurate including product descriptions & imagery.
* Accurately create new product listings and manage published ones, updating them on our eCommerce backend (imagery, descriptions & pricing)
* Product research on new products to be listed
* Data manipulation on spreadsheets for bulk product uploading
* Content population (including copywriting when required)
* Image sourcing, resizing and retouching
* Optimising product listings for each of the Marketplaces like Kogan, Woolworths Market Plus, BIG W Market, eBay, Amazon, Bunnings, Myer, The Iconic, Baby Bunting, JB HI-FI and others
* Upload and publish products on to multiple Marketplaces
Although previous experience is preferable, we are more interested in your eagerness to learn and grow into this position.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Ability to learn super-fast and follow detailed instructions
* Great interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Previous digital product management experience in similar platforms is preferable
* Excellent communication skills and strong service mentality
* Meticulous attention to detail is extremely important
* Ability to work well within timelines
* Self motivated, adaptable and a multitasker
Experience and qualifications:
* Some experience working with eCommerce platforms like eBay, Amazon, Kogan, Bunnings, Big W & The Iconic is preferable
* Good working knowledge and experience of using Excel and Google Sheets for the purpose of rapid, automated content editing
* Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferable
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple products listings in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
