Assistant Financial Controller Role
This position involves overseeing financial operations across ANZ, participating in strategic country initiatives, and contributing to building and elevating the Finance function.

This role will see you work closely with senior stakeholders to achieve commercial success and maintain robust financial practices. You will review policies and procedures, manage the annual budget and forecasting processes, and partner with Business Managers to establish stretch targets.

* Review policies and procedures to maintain robust practices and support the external Audit process.
* Manage the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes by performing detailed analysis.
* Partner with Business Managers to establish stretch targets supported by strategic and operational plans.
* Actively monitor the financial performance of the company using Key Performance Indicators.
About You
* Certificate of Accounting or equivalent qualification essential.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with good knowledge of manufacturing accounting and strong audit experience.
* Good knowledge of Country & International Financial Reporting Standards, Budgeting, Company Acts and Regulations.
* Able to confidently communicate, engage and influence senior management at a regional and country level.
* Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Applications.
