Your responsibilities will include:Conduct ingoing inspectionsPerform routine inspectionsCreate Inspection ReportsThis is a field-based role requiring travel across Brisbane (mainly broader western Brisbane and Pimpama) and the ability to work independently.About YouTo thrive in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in property inspections, property management, or a similar role.A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (QLD).
