We are seeking a highly skilled Casual Educator to join our team. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting our centres and children, ensuring every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Our ideal candidate will have the flexibility to choose their hours and centres, allowing them to find their perfect balance. You will actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team, engage and supervise children at all times, maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members, build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, comply with National Quality Standards and policies and procedures, and support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
* Engaging and supervising children at all times
* Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Requirements include:
* ACECQA approved early childhood qualification
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* Willingness to travel between other local services
* Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm
