Main Responsibilities
* Facilitate referrals to employee assistance programs (EAP) and collaborate on critical incident responses.
* Assist in facilitating stress prevention and management programs (SPAM) and SPAM helplines available 24/7 for emergency services volunteers, staff, and their families.
* Deliver and assist in developing evidence-based training packages relevant to mental health and wellbeing, focusing on areas such as child, youth, and family mental health, enhancing mental health literacy, and implementing suicide prevention strategies for leaders and peer support officers.
