Enterprise Risk Lead Job Description
This leadership role involves developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management strategies to ensure Grampians Health's sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
* Manage and evolve the Enterprise Risk Management framework
* Provide expert advice on organisational risk and compliance
* Lead development of risk strategies and governance documents
* Promote use of systems like RiskMan and Risk Register
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
* Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive smarter decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in risk management or related field
* Proven experience in enterprise risk systems (e.g. RiskMan / VHIMS)
* Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills
* Knowledge of ISO 31000 and healthcare regulation
