A leading higher education institution is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic initiative to implement a revised academic calendar. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with academic and professional stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional priorities, curriculum structures, and regulatory requirements.About the role:In this role, you’ll manage the project plan to ensure delivery of key milestones, budgets, and outcomes. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders to support decision-making, and manage change impacts. The role also involves overseeing dependencies across curriculum, timetabling, and policy, preparing reports for senior leadership, managing risks, and ensuring seamless integration with academic systems and processes.This is a part-time contract role, working three days per week through to December 2025, with a daily rate of up to $900 including superannuation.About You:You’ll bring proven project management experience within a university or higher education setting, with a strong understanding of academic calendars, curriculum structures, and academic governance. Your strengths include stakeholder engagement, leading change in complex environments, and delivering results under pressure.Essential Criteria:You will have a strong track record managing complex university projects, with in-depth knowledge of academic governance and systems such as timetabling and curriculum management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a highly organised, self-directed approach and strong problem-solving ability.
