Currently we have a opportunity to join our Obela team as a Production Operator - Packaging.
Details:
* Location: Cavan (SA)
* Position: Full Time Permanent
* Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Responsibilities
* Operate machinery/equipment or processes
* Identify hazards and work with Team Leader to rectify
* Comply with Quality, GMP, Hygiene and Food Safety policies, standards and procedures
* Complete all relevant production, quality and safety related paperwork
* Perform preventative and general maintenance on food production equipment
* Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in job rotation practices
Qualifications
* Previous experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry (desirable)
* Proven experience in operation, clean, change over and conducting preventative/general maintenance
* Strong mechanical aptitude and mechanical comprehension
* Forklift licence (not essential but preferred)
* Walkie Stacker operation
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
