, and we're looking for a
local Disability Support Worker
with NDIS experience to join our growing team.
We deliver
creative, social, and community-based programs
designed to build confidence, connection, and skills for NDIS participants through shared interests and inclusive activities.
About the Role
You will support participants to engage in structured and semi-structured activities, with a strong focus on:
* Social connection and communication
* Group-based engagement
* Creative and interest-led programs
Our sessions often include
board games, tabletop gaming, and pop-culture-based activities
.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Have
experience working with NDIS participants
* Are reliable, friendly, and participant-focused
* Communicate calmly and respectfully
* Enjoy board games, tabletop games, or "nerdy" hobbies
* Bonus:
You play or enjoy
Magic: The Gathering
Essential Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (if applicable)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* ABN (or willingness to operate as a contractor)
