* Preparing weekly and month-end supplier payment runs
* Managing supplier set-ups, credit applications and approvals
* Completing supplier reconciliations and resolving queries
* Supporting venue teams with clear AP processes

* Assisting with weekly reporting on revenue, wages and food & beverage costs
* Preparing accurate monthly financial reports within 10 days of period end
* Providing ad hoc financial information and analysis to leadership
Budgeting & Planning
* Supporting the preparation of annual budgets
* Monitoring performance against budget and highlighting risks or variances
* Helping management interpret financial data clearly and practically
Financial Administration
* Maintaining clean, accurate data in the accounting system
* Managing and reconciling company credit cards
* Preparing and lodging GST and PAYG
Culture & Ways of Working
* Working collaboratively as part of a small, trusted office team
* Bringing a calm, respectful and solutions-focused approach
* Contributing to process improvement and better ways of working
* Being a positive cultural ambassador for the business
About You

* Proven experience in a management accounting or similar role
* Strong knowledge of Australian payroll, awards and compliance (hospitality experience highly regarded)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Comfortable working closely with owners and senior leadership
