As a Veterinary Clinical Development Manager, you will lead and support veterinary teams across the ACT and Southern Highlands. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and mentorship to veterinarians and clinic leaders to drive clinical excellence and operational performance.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking to reduce clinical hours while maintaining impact. The role involves:
* Providing in-clinic and remote support to lift standards of care and operational performance
* Couching and mentoring veterinarians and clinic leaders to build confidence and capability
* Collaborating with regional managers on workflow optimisation, pricing, service models, and team development
* Contribution to succession planning, recruitment, and clinician retention strategies
* Identifying and acting on opportunities for growth, development, and improved client outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Veterinary degree and current registration to practice in Australia
* 3+ years of clinical experience, ideally with mentoring or team leadership
* Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
* A strategic mindset with practical understanding of veterinary operations
* Confidence to work independently while building strong professional relationships
