Highly awarded and respected, this financial institution is looking for a talented Business Banker to manage and grow an established strong portfolio of Business Banking relationships.
Whilst managing key existing relationships you will leverage off the established client base to grow the portfolio and source new to bank business.
Duties
* Develop strong customer relationships
* Assess applications and referring to credit with recommendations
* Manage the loan application end to end to ensure a seamless outcome
* Develop a call program to service existing and new customers
* Approve within DLA where allocated
* Working towards and surpassing set quarterly budgets
About You
* Proven business development and sales experience
* Demonstrated credit assessment skills in small business banking
* Strategic and customer focused cross sales
* Ability to deliver an end to end service experience
