Strategically manage and develop Stockland's Commercial Integration offer by monetising and commercialising the Stockland assets through the development of non-traditional revenue streams (outside of only current pop up and advertising sites). Support the "Total Asset Commercialisation" strategy, bringing multi-asset revenue based concepts, innovation and opportunities to life. Continue to develop, package and sell new opportunities revenue streams and concepts that drive value capture for Stockland and our clients.
**About the Role**
- Develop, launch and grow S Connect's Commercial Integration offer, to support the overall Commercial
- Property strategy and priorities.
- Create and implement concepts and business strategies that drive incremental revenue growth, budget
- achievement and value capture for Stockland and specific assets.
- Support, drive and meet agreed multi asset including workplace, communities, landlease, logistics and
- retail revenue based KPI's.
- Develop, package, create and sell concepts.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with all key stakeholders.
- Develop sound business processes, including forecasting future needs of the business and ways of working, with a detailed governance and review framework.
- Pipeline development through in market pitching, presenting and securing new relevant clients ongoing for the program.
- Financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
**About You**
- Degree in property, marketing, business administration or other relevant discipline preferred not essential
- Minimum 4 years' experience in direct business development and sales
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong finance and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of new business development
- Excellent and effective interpersonal, written and communication skills and attention to detail
- Financial management and reporting
