With over 25 years' experience delivering holistic, person-centred support, we provide a wide range of services to people in the Bundaberg and Fraser Coast Regions, including Specialist Allied Health Services, Skills Campus, Supported Independent Living, Community Access Support, and Psychosocial services.
We currently have over 250 frontline employees supporting our customers across Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Maryborough.
About the Role:
The Senior Service Delivery Manager (Community & Skills Campus) is responsible for overseeing and delivering complex client services, focusing on high-quality, person-centred employment supports for individuals with disabilities under the NDIS framework.
This role involves designing, implementing, and improving inclusive employment pathways that help participants achieve sustainable employment outcomes. The role also contributes to strategic initiatives within the operational teams and aligns with CLS's broader goals.
As a senior leader, the Senior Service Delivery Manager models CLS's purpose and values through leadership, decision-making, and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and enhancement of inclusive employment programs.
* Oversee individual employment pathway plans.
* Facilitate job readiness and employability training.
* Support clients in achieving their employment goals.
* Build partnerships with employers, training providers, and community organizations.
* Ensure services are culturally safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive.
* Lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports.
* Provide coaching to staff on inclusive employment practices.
* Maintain compliance with funding guidelines, legislation, and CLS policies.
* Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Diploma in disability work, social work, or relevant experience.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience working collaboratively with a people-centred approach.
* Knowledge of the disability sector, legislation, and funding models.
* Proven staff management experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in administration, reporting, and Office 365.
* Must hold or be eligible for NDIS Worker Screening Card and Working with Children Blue Card.
