Key duties
* Support the agent with diary management, appointments, email correspondence, and day‐to‐day operations
* Manage and grow the buyer and prospect database using Vault, including follow‐ups, reminders, and action plans
* Handle buyer enquiries, past buyer calls, bulk SMS, e‐newsletters, and ongoing client communication
* Coordinate marketing and social media, including posts, flyers, mail drops, and campaign execution
* Assist with listings and sales from start to finish - CMAs, listing prep, launches, open homes, and auctions
* Attend inspections and settlements, manage suppliers, organise client gifts, and participate in training and team growth
You will need
* A current Certificate of Registration is essential
* Your own car and drivers license
* At least 6-12 months experience in real estate
* Immaculate presentation
* An enthusiastic attitude, be energetic, hardworking, and hungry for success!
* It should be noted that this role does require Saturday work - this is non-negotiable. Previous Real Estate experience is also essential
