Job Title: Clinical Therapist
As a skilled Clinical Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative and evidence-based mental health care to young people aged 12-25 years within the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
Key aspects of this role include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing expert psychological interventions to support young people with complex mental health needs.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality treatment protocols and strategies for improved patient outcomes.
* Building strong therapeutic relationships with young people to enhance engagement and participation in service delivery.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will contribute to service development, provide clinical supervision, and mentor junior staff members to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Requirements:
* Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with endorsement in Clinical Psychology (or eligibility to progress to same).
* Minimum two-year full-time equivalent APAC-accredited Master or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering evidence-based psychological assessments, interventions, and evaluations for young people with severe and complex mental health needs.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication, organisational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
