Salary: $122,597 – $140,644 pro rata (plus 12% superannuation).
Superannuation – employer contributed 12%.

Employment Types
Causal, Fixed‑Term Full‑Time, Fixed‑Term Part‑Time, Permanent Full‑Time, Permanent Part‑Time.
Responsibilities
* Promote safe, rational and cost‑effective drug therapy through clinical pharmacy services for hospital patients.
* Complete medication reconciliation for admitted patients.
* Dispense medications to patients.
* Provide drug information to nursing and medical staff.
* Make independent decisions on therapeutic strategies to optimise patient care.
* Deliver virtual clinical pharmacy services to inpatients at WACHS sites without on‑site pharmacist support.
* Provide virtual training and upskilling for junior pharmacists.
* Lead virtual outpatient clinics for visiting specialists, pre‑admission, day infusions and palliative care.
* Work closely with the WACHS‑wide Pharmacy Services team and regional pharmacy departments to ensure best practice and patient‑centric care using modern, innovative technology.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid working visa for fixed‑term appointments.
Conditions of Employment
* Criminal record screening, integrity checking, and possible working‑with‑children check.
* Pre‑employment health assessment (PEHA).
* Western Australian Working With Children (WWC) check if required.
* Compliance with WA Health policies regarding screening and integrity checks.
