Our role within this dynamic environment is to ensure each team member feels supported and empowered. As Manager, you will oversee sales and fitness teams while fostering an atmosphere that inspires members to push themselves to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and lead by example in achieving monthly and annual targets for membership and supplement sales
* Develop the skills of your sales staff and encourage them to excel in their roles
* Build a motivating culture where employees and members feel valued and inspired
* Improve operational systems, business processes, and policies to promote efficiency
* Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties, ensuring a safe working environment

* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
* Proven track record in building client relationships and driving sales growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum two years of management experience
* Proven sales and member retention skills
* Excellent communication and administration skills
* Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check certificates
