Are you a Senior Associate in construction, infrastructure and/or projects who's ready for the next step? This opportunity offers senior career progression, exposure to significant infrastructure and development matters, and a culture that values balance and professional growth.
The Opportunity:
Join a highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team advising on major infrastructure and front-end projects across a wide variety of sectors. You'll act for developers, contractors, and all levels of government on complex and large-scale matters, with direct client contact and scope to take your career to the next level.
The Role:
* Draft and negotiate front-end construction and commercial agreements
* Advise on procurement models including construct only, D&C, collaborative contracting, PPPs/project finance, and O&M arrangements
* Prepare and review tender and contract documentation
* Advise on risk allocation, project delivery, and claims management
* Support clients across government, aged care and retirement living, education, water, residential, waste/resource recovery, and sporting facilities projects

About you:
You're an experienced Senior Associate with strong front-end construction/projects expertise. You enjoy client engagement, business development (whilst business development is a focus of the role, there are no set targets), and mentoring junior lawyers.
Most importantly, you're looking for an environment that will support your progression while giving you the platform to work on high-profile matters.
