Job Description
We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Premier Solution Engineer. As part of the overall account success team, this individual will work on platform support experience for assigned customers.
This role requires excellent customer management skills and collaboration abilities across departments. The successful candidate will need to:
* possess experience in software customer service
* demonstrate exceptional communication, customer service, and presentation skills
* exhibit strong technical aptitude
* display excellent problem-solving skills and creative solution identification talent
* have basic knowledge of IaaS (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Compute Engine, Microsoft Azure)
* possess basic knowledge of Web and Application Servers (e.g., Tomcat Apache, IIS)
* be familiar with RDBMS platforms (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB)
* hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar work experience
