Harvest Operations Leader
Fruit and Veg Managers are pivotal in embedding a culture of quality, care, and customer satisfaction within their team. They will be responsible for leading the department to deliver exceptional shopping experiences through end-to-end leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a connected, adaptable, and high-performing team.
* Managing day-to-day operations of the department.
* Collaborating closely with the store leadership team and members.
