Candidate Requirements
We value diverse experience and are specifically looking for candidates with:
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality or similar (diploma level or equivalent experience, 3+ years)
* Recent employment in hospitality management or similar role (minimum 12 months full-time or part-time equivalent)
* Strong financial and commercial skills to identify sales and P&L opportunities
* Track record of meeting KPIs
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
