About Us
InOne Projects is a growing force in the commercial office fitout industry, delivering high-end, tailored spaces across North Sydney and greater Sydney. With a strong pipeline of projects, we're looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team and support project delivery from tender through to completion.
The Role
You'll play a key role in the financial and contractual management of commercial office fitouts ranging from $500k to $10M. Working closely with the project and site teams, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and negotiating subcontractor packages and scopes
* Managing head and sub-contracts
* Progress claims, variations, RFIs and EOTs
* Cost reporting and forecasting
* Assisting Project Managers to ensure project delivery is on time and budget
About You
* 5+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator (ideally in fitout or construction)
* Strong commercial and contractual acumen
* Confident working independently and across multiple projects
* Proficiency with Procore and/or project management software preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or similar
