We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role:
1. Manage the front office/reception area and telephone, providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.
2. Assist the Director and Office Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless business functions.
3. Maintain accurate records and documents daily, including data management, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks.
4. Provide basic bookkeeping services, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting financial processes.
5. Contribute to developing business management systems, implementing new processes and procedures to drive growth.
6. Apply previous administration/reception experience, combined with strong customer service skills, to deliver high-quality results.
7. Demonstrate ability to work autonomously, problem-solve, and prioritize workload effectively.
8. Utilize exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to build relationships with diverse backgrounds.
9. Showcase sound organizational skills, a good memory, and efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.
10. Evaluate situations carefully, applying high attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for success in this role.
12. Experience in building relationships and working independently, as part of a team, is highly valued.
13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
14. Familiarity with job management software and database systems can be beneficial.
