About This Role
Join one of Brisbane's most respected and established custom builders, delivering architecturally designed homes valued up to $4 million across the inner suburbs.
You'll oversee the full construction lifecycle of luxury residential builds, managing trades, quality, safety, and timelines to ensure flawless delivery.
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of architecturally designed custom homes
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on site
Ensure compliance with building codes, QBCC regulations, OH&S, and company procedures
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials, reporting progress and resolving delays
Inspect all work for quality control, ensuring premium finishes are achieved in line with high-end specifications
Manage defect rectification and handover processes to ensure smooth project completion and client satisfaction
Requirements
Current QBCC Site Supervisor License
Proven local experience supervising custom or high-end residential homes in QLD
Carpentry trade background - hands-on knowledge valued
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for quality craftsmanship and delivering outstanding results
