We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to lead our Central Administration team and deliver high-quality support services across our College community. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee Central Administration operations, leading a team that supports students, staff, families, and external stakeholders.
This role is responsible for planning, delivering, and quality administrative services aligning with our mission and values. You will be responsible for managing the Central Administration team, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and responsive service.
You will provide confidential and proactive support across various functions, including College Transport services, the College AGM, and other strategic initiatives. You will contribute to broader College planning activities and represent Central Admin in the Office Admin Managers Group, chairing meetings as required.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead and manage the Central Administration team ensuring a professional, welcoming, and responsive service.
 * Support the Director of Business Administration with planning, diary management, and confidential administrative support.
 * Coordinate administrative aspects of College services including Transport and the Annual General Meeting.
 * Actively contribute to the Office Admin Managers Group collaborating with leadership across the College.
 * Communicate effectively with a wide cross-section of the College community including students, families, and staff.
 * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, discretion, and service excellence.
 * Ensure quality control across admin functions and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
