Requirements:
* Certification in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)/Cert III Health Services Assistant
* Recent national police check (issued within 12 months)
* Demonstrated empathy and genuine interest in providing person-centered care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices
* Whole-person awareness, recognizing the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with proficiency in using technology to enhance service delivery
* Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective decision-making and resident advocacy
