Join us at The Salvation Army Bundamba as our Online Ministry Content Producer, where your creative and technical talents will play a vital role in reaching and growing our faith community. Permanent Part-Time | 20 hours/week | Based in Bundamba Salary is in accordance with – Hay level 12 In this role, you will use your audio & video production skills to help share a quality experience for those engaging with our weekly worship services online. You will also explore new and engaging ways to encourage discipleship in the digital space. You’ll have the unique opportunity to touch lives by bringing worship into homes and expand our church's connection with the community through digital engagement. Key Responsibilities: Produce and publish our weekly online worship services (using Logic and Final Cut Pro) Record, mix, and edit special events (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Concerts) Manage our online presence including website, Facebook, Instagram, messenger and YouTube – ensuring all content aligns with Salvation Army branding and Bundamba’s unique voice Monitor and respond to online engagement to foster a welcoming and respectful community Lead and train the Audio Visual team Coordinate and facilitate online discipleship groups and forums Develop new digital media initiatives to help grow and strengthen our church community Connect with and support our online congregation, offering pastoral care where appropriate About the Role: Permanent part-time (20 hours/week) Mandatory working days: Sunday: 3 hours (for worship production) Monday: required Remaining hours are flexible Requirements: Experience using DAW's (eg. Logic) and video editing software (eg. Final Cut Pro) Current Driver’s Licence Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Completion of The Salvation Army’s Code of Conduct, WHS, and Bullying & Harassment training A National Police Record Check is required A heart for ministry and a creative approach to digital outreach Next Steps: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to present a portfolio showcasing their previous work in sound production as part of the recruitment process.
