Chef – Part Time
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Kokoda Barracks, Canungra. This part‐time role is ideal for chefs looking for flexible hours in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare buffet‐style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner
* Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
* Support kitchen operations including stock and deliveries
* Ensure quality, presentation and portion control
* Work as part of a team during service periods
Skills and Experience
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Experience in commercial kitchens or bulk catering
* Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Reliable with a team‐focused approach
