Compass Group is seeking Casual Chefs to work across several Melbourne sites. The casual pool offers a wide mix of shifts so you can choose what fits your week.
THE POSITION
* Prepare, cook and present high quality meals
* Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
* Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
* Follow health and safety and food safety standards
* Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow
THE PERSON
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
* High energy with professional presentation
* Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate
