The Townsville Community Falls Team is a new initiative aimed at reducing potential fall events in the community. The team will respond seven days a week to referrals from Queensland Ambulance Service, Townsville University Hospital Emergency Department, and General Practitioners.

About your opportunity:
The Clinical Team Leader responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing Townsville Community Falls Team and Townsville Hospital and Health Service arm of the Co-Responder model.
* Providing advanced Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy services to stakeholders/ consumers of the Townsville Community Falls Service to achieve excellence in patient care, education and research.
Requirements:
* Mandatory qualifications (Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy) and proof of registration (AHPRA).
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
* Possession of class C drivers' licence.
* Probation period may apply.
* Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
