Pittwater has an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Superstars to join our Guest Services Concierge team. We are looking for individuals who have a real passion for providing customer service and wants to spread the word and educate our members and guests about all the Club has on offer.
As the Director of First Impressions for Pittwater you will be committed to providing a personalised service and you will use your expertise to develop, establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Driving and providing exceptional customer service, encouraging repeat patronage and developing a rapport with Club members and guests
- Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner and taking detailed messages ensuring they are forwarded efficiently
- Greeting, offering direction and or suggestions to members and guests as they enter the Club, bidding them farewell and offering assistance as may be required upon exit
- Having a thorough knowledge of, promoting and selling the Clubs membership including promotions and incentives that are offered to members
- Driving membership, checking membership cards and guests photo identification
- Ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of the Clubs promotions and activities including, poker, lawn bowls, Futsal and upcoming shows
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Clubs ticketing system including seat allocation and recording bookings
- Reporting significant issues, customer feedback and recommendations to the Customer Service Manager on duty
- **Must have a current NSW RSA/RCG competency card**

- High level literacy, computer and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- You must be a person who loves people
Applicants must be experienced and have worked in a similar environment, availability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends is essential.
Pittwater's operating hours are 10am - 3am 7 days with peak days of operation Thursday to Sunday.
