Recruitment Specialist



Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team and develop your recruitment skills in a supportive environment. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting executive search assignments within the public sector by preparing longlists, shortlists, reports, and advertising content.



Main Responsibilities:

* Conduct targeted research and market analysis to identify suitable talent
* Liaise with government stakeholders and support selection panel coordination
* Manage assignment documentation in accordance with relevant legislation
* Build and maintain pipelines of public sector professionals
* Monitor assignment progress and provide regular updates



Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong understanding of the complexities of public sector recruitment, including panel-based processes. You'll also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, a methodical approach, and experience using digital platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
