Shift Maintenance Technician

The Role
You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of automated production equipment on a 7-day working week.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency.
* Troubleshoot mechanical faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
* Document all maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives.
About You
- Possess a trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Have strong experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Be adaptable to rotating shift work (days, afternoons, nights, weekends).
- Demonstrate excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Be willing to relocate to Taree, NSW for long-term employment opportunities.
