Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10+ year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26.
Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource.
The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and development of major gold mines.
Bellevue Gold has the ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project by 2026. This will be underpinned by a sector-leading renewable energy power station, with a forecast 70-80% renewable energy penetration rate.

The focus of this role is to provide technical support for mining infrastructure projects and mine planning.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Operational planning, incorporating the short to medium-term planning requirements, focusing on a 3 month to 2-year time horizon.
* Responsible for delivering Budget Plan and ensuring alignment with the company strategy.
* Responsible for Planning Teams' delivery of Quarterly and 3 Monthly schedules.
* Monitoring compliance to plan, ensuring alignment across both Quarterly and 3 Monthly Schedules with Budget.
* Responsible for developing and implementing mine planning systems, procedures, standards and templates.
* Responsible for Development design work required to meet the operational mining schedule.
* Responsible for strategic infrastructure framework, planning and scheduling (Vent/Power/Pumping/Egress etc.).
* Appraising the Underground Manager on all aspects of the mine plan and undertaking other work as requested.
* Working closely with Principal Engineer to deliver company strategy.
* Leading, mentoring and development of Planning Engineering Team.
* Supporting Production Team providing guidance for weekly scheduling priorities.
* Providing Statutory Ticket coverage if required.
Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
* A tertiary degree in Mining Engineering
* First Class Mine Manager's Certificate preferable
* Experience with pastefill preferable
* solid experience in mining engineering
* Deswik competency
* Project/infrastructure experience
* Well-developed communication and literacy skills
* Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills
* Underground Narrow Vein Gold Mining experience
* Business acumen gained within an operational mining environment
* Full knowledge of Work Health and Safety (Mines) Act & Regulations
* Outstanding analytical skills
* Highly skilled written and verbal communication, literacy, numeracy and presentation skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines
