We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to lead day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, strengthen team engagement, and ensure HR compliance across the organisation.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing HR operations and HR compliance
* Updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures
* Supporting the full team member lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, offboarding)
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, concerns and grievances
* Supporting performance management and disciplinary processes
* Coordinating training and professional development
* Supporting engagement and retention strategies
* Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
* Providing HR reporting, metrics and recommendations to leadership
* Supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Minimum 4 years' experience as an HR Generalist / HR Advisor
* Strong working knowledge of:
* Fair Work Act
* National Employment Standards
* SCHADS Award
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High-level interpersonal and communication skills
* Confidence managing sensitive information with discretion
* Strong Microsoft 365 capability
* Employment Hero experience (desirable)
* A HR, Business or related qualification (or equivalent experience)
