An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Social Worker to join our Centralised Wellbeing telepractice team to deliver statewide wellbeing services to students in state schools across Queensland.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Social Worker to provide high-quality services to students and schools through a combination of virtual delivery from our Brisbane telepractice hub and in-person visits to rural and
remote schools, as required.
This temporary vacancy will commence in January 2026 until 31 December 2026 with the possibility of extension.

About the Role:
As a Senior Social Worker, you will:
* Deliver effective telepractice services via virtual platforms to support students with mild to moderate mental health concerns in rural and remote locations.
* Travel to schools as needed to provide in-person support.
* Collaborate with external providers and families to deliver coordinated and holistic services.
* Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams by applying clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
