About you
We are seeking a Ground Crew Packer to join the team at our Yarra Valley Dropzone!
You hold a Packer B licence, are physically fit and enjoy the outdoors, with the ability to run and 'catch' parachutes when they land. You are a hard worker and thrive in a fast paced environment, with exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You are details orientated, understand manifesting functions and are ready to jump in and help where needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Inspecting and packing parachutes in accordance to guidelines
* Support Skydive Instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives
* Assist in coordinating parachute landings
* Follow safety procedures and protocol
* High level of initiative and independence
* Willingness to work outside in a variety of weather
