Your new opportunity is to lead a Quarry Support team.
This position involves ensuring we have skilled resources, plant and equipment available to deliver products on time and to quality standards. A strong focus on safety and environmental sustainability is critical to our success.
Key responsibilities:
* Driving a zero-harm culture across the [regions] to ensure our quarry operations meet all relevant requirements.
* Working closely with management teams to deliver major revenue projects including procuring mobile plant and contract crushing resources.
* Supporting quarry operations in delivering capital projects and upgrades.
* Supporting continuous improvement activities across the quarry business.
* Co-ordinating training activity and trainer/assessor resources
We are looking for someone with experience in quarrying or project management, ideally in mining or construction materials. You will need a proven track record of managing large projects and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project is also desirable.
