This is a key leadership role, suited to someone who thrives on running tight, well-organised construction sites and takes pride in building a high-spec product.You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of the build, from groundworks through to finishes, working closely with a tight-knit development and project management team that values clear communication and attention to detail.The RoleManage day-to-day site operations across all phases of constructionCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries and program milestonesMaintain high safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on siteDrive program and productivity while maintaining build qualityAttend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teamsProvide regular reporting and progress updates to the delivery leadAbout YouProven experience delivering high-end residential or apartment projects as a Site ManagerStrong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination and program controlExcellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentationAble to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindsetStrong communication and reporting skillsRelevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in constructionIn ReturnUp to $240,000 package depending on experienceLead role on a flagship luxury apartment development in a premium locationWell-supported by a proactive, design-conscious development and PM teamCareer development opportunities with a growing and respected groupHow to ApplyIf you’re a confident Site Manager looking to take the reins on a standout apartment project, we’d love to hear from you.
