Are you a passionate Enrolled Nurse ready to make a meaningful difference? This is a great opportunity to work across Acute, Sub Acute and Care Communities (residential care).
Our permanent Daily Support Unit staff are required to work across all Directorates; Acute, Sub Acute and Care Communities to fill staffing shortfalls and unplanned high activity demands. This position operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, requiring flexibility to work AM, PM, and Night shifts.
If your preference is to work casually, a minimum of 2 shifts per fortnight is required.

Application Requirements:

* Upload a copy of your Diploma of Nursing and academic transcript
* Be able to provide a minimum of 2 referees: 1 being your current direct manager and the other(s) an additional manager or supervisor
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate availability and accepting shifts based on availability
* Patient care for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings
* Supporting residents to achieve their individual health and wellbeing goals
* Collaborate with Registered Nurses and Multidisciplinary Teams
* Provide accurate and timely communication with residents, visitors and staff at all levels regarding residents health status
* Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
* Promote a positive and inclusive care environment
* Participate in annual performance reviews
* Commitment to ongoing mandatory education
Skills & Experience
* Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
* Medication endorsement
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
* Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
* Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
