Customer Banking Specialist Relief – Cobram
Commonwealth Bank is inviting applications for the Customer Banking Specialist Relief position at its Cobram branch. The role includes supporting the Cobram branch and travelling to Yarrawonga (VIC) and Corowa (NSW) branches.
Schedule
Part-time (30 hours per week)
Monday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
About the role
As the public face of CommBank, the Retail Banking Services (RBS) team delivers a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small-business customers. The Customer Banking Specialist will:
Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice.
Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and process applications for credit products.
Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
Educate and demonstrate the use of in-branch technology and digital banking options.
Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes, procedures and risk-averse culture.
Qualifications & experience
Experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear manner.
Ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
Ability to work in a busy, commercially-driven retail environment.
