The Role: This is a hybrid role for a \"Dental All-Rounder.\" On any given day, you’ll be:
* Providing high-level four-handed chairside assistance.
* Owning the sterilisation room (maintaining gold-standard protocols).
* Managing the appointment book to ensure we hit our production goals (and earning bonuses when we do!).
* Welcoming our patients like family.
About You:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of chairside experience is essential.
* The \"Hustle\": You see a gap in the book and you’re on the phone filling it. You see a messy tray and you’re cleaning it.
* The Tech: Proficient in any of dental practice management software.
* The Vibe: You are calm under pressure and bring a positive, \"can-do\" energy to the team.
We operate a boutique, single-chair practice where the patient comes first. This means we don’t live by a rigid 8–5 clock. We are looking for a partner who values clinical flow—someone happy to stay a little later to ensure a patient is cared for, or enjoy an early finish on the days the book is light. If you prefer a 'clock-in, clock-out' corporate environment, this won't be the right fit for you.
