About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to manage a dedicated SME and Mid Market portfolio while collaborating with Senior Brokers on diverse and complex accounts. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for your clients, designing tailored risk solutions and negotiating effectively within the market.
A Day in the Life
* Manage and develop relationships with SME & Mid Market clients
* Ownership of a SME & Mid Market client portfolio (renewals & new business)
* Assess risk and design tailored insurance solutions
* Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes
* Build strong partnerships with underwriters
* Manage portfolio budgets, business plans, and debtors
* Support new business growth through pipeline development
Skills and Experience
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
* Strong account management with attention to detail
* Clear, professional, and confident with stakeholders
* Practical & service-first approach to getting deals done
* Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals
* Previous experience in a similar insurance or broking role is highly regarded
